Miki's and Drew were awesome! They get the job done efficiently and done well! They're polite, considerate and prompt. We love our Pella Windows and Mike and Drew are icing on the cake because of the first class, first rate service they provide. When they show up, we know we're in good hands

The technicians with Pella in Spokane are great. They are very responsive and professional. I have had the pleasure of getting the service set up through Britnie. What a treat, even before normal business hours she answered my questions and got things scheduled. Then when the technician Barrie came out to look at the window screens, he was just as great to work with. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Barrie…

Mike and Jaime fixed our Pella window and did a 5-star job. They didn’t even mind my killer Golden Retriever trying to help!

Drew and Barry arrived early due to a cancelled appointment, and promptly got to work on the warranty-replacement window work we needed. They were polite and courteous, took good care to make a clean installation of the new window, and were kind to leave the work area cleaner than they found it.
