Pacific Garden Design is by far the best crew I have ever had. I have worked for an apartment complex for three years now and have never had our whole sprinkler system working and we had a lot of problems getting our crews out to plow snow and de ice during the winter. Regarding yard maintenance division, PGD had difficulty following through with the basics of yard maintenance in spite of a contract that paid them monthly for over a year. Management was infrequently present, crews were not attentive to maintaining bushes, clearing pine needles etc. if you need someone to mow your lawn choose a cheaper alternative. Many promises, poor follow through.

A very talented landscape company but they never finished our job. Its been 2 years and we've tried numerous times to get them to come back and finish the very expensive work we paid them for. No luck. We wish we would have taken the advice of the other dissatisfied PGD customers we talked to and found someone else.
