Had our one-year deficiency work done recently and wanted to leave a quick word of praise for the customer care team. The technicians who came by were professional, efficient, and genuinely thoughtful. They completed everything without disrupting our workday and even shared some helpful tips along the way. Scheduling and coordination was also seamless; they were accommodating and made the whole process easy and flexi…

I am so pleased with the process in purchasing my new townhome. Derek Downie was an exceptional sales representative for Onni and I had the opportunity to view the unit(s) and ask questions throughout my decision making . Onni and all their representatives are friendly, professional and made my move in a very welcoming experience. Highly recommend the Onni Team and all their associates!

Raza and his team did a maintenance work at our unit and they really did a great job! They waited for me, until I got back so, I feel bad about it but I really do appreciate their patience and professionalism. The ceiling looks new. Thank you for your help! I definitely would recommend them.

We purchased our home through a presale with Onni and have had a wonderful experience. The amenities are amazing and really add to the luxury feel to the building. We have had a couple of minor deficiencies that were addressed within the warranty period. We’re truly loving our new home and would purchase from Onni again.
