These folks are the best in town tracking down whatever it is I need. Call desk staff are always friendly, helpful, and generally have great attitudes. Other reps in the lighting and gear departments always communicate well leaving nothing to surprise. Honestly can’t think of a bad thing to say about NC. Really appreciate all the help they provide day in and day out.

The people are nice enough but they don't do their job very well. Time is money. I called in a small order of 16 wire cuts. All were less than 20 feet. I've been waiting over an hour. Driving on Aurora today this truck honked at me twice on an open three mile stretch. I was going at or above of the speed limit but slower than the flow of traffic.
