They build flashy but trashy. They're built to look nice, but they're not usable in daily life. Dealing with their site managers is just a waste of time. You point out issues to their subcontractors and they yell at you as if it was your fault.worth it to hire someone else who'll do the job right.

Saw their Eastlake construction on 2622 Eastlake Ave. The quality was very bad. Cheap materials used, Craftsman ship was bad. Example, countertop cuts were not aligned. Bathroom was not properly grouted etc. All of these can lead to issues both cosmetic and real for buyers. Beware of new contractors who don't have good quality control in place
