He thoroughly inspected everything and identified multiple issues, including the torsion springs, center bearings, roller sets, lift cables…

Marcus at Rainier did a great job installing a new opener motor, new rollers, and adjusting the spring. The new set up runs smoothly and is much quieter than our older system. Marcus helped bring us to current garage door features we didn’t know we needed! Across the board, the Rainier team had great communication, was quick to respond, and was super pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

We needed to replace our springs and cables. Andrew stopped by and assessed the issues, made some pro recommendations to improve functionality then was able to immediately fix the issue. He’s very personable and knowledgeable, sharing helpful information for maintenance. Service was quick; only took about an hour. Great quotes and prices. We highly recommend their services.
