Sandor did such an amazing job for us. He repainted our daughter's room, touched up our walls in almost every area of our house, touched up our wood trim and fixed gauges in our baseboards. He also went above and beyond our expectations in recaulking our shower, and cleaned up our doors and baseboards. He was so nice and did a great clean up job. Sandor painted my children's rooms, a few closets, doors, and some other areas. He not only did a wonderful job, but was always on time, polite, friendly, and cleaned up after himself. When we had a concern about one of the doors, he came back quickly to fix it. He also answered unrelated questions about other home repairs that we wanted to do ourselves and gave some great advice. We will call Sandor again for sure!

We had a strange mix of things we needed done around the house: re-caulking the primary bathroom, replacing some rotted window trim on the exterior, replacing a rotted board on an exterior soffit, and cleaning a very high up light fixture as well as replacing the bulbs. Sandor did a great job on everything. He was on time and very nice. We will definitely have him come back for any future jobs we have.

Sandor did an excellent job with several repairs in our MIL after a tenant moved out. He repaired drywall, painted, fixed our front door, and installed a new kitchen faucet. He completed the work on time with high quality and for a fair price. Highly recommend!

Sandor at Kovacs Construction is definitely the best contractor I have ever hired. He is very skilled, fair with pricing and extreme attention to detail with all his work. He does not cut corners with anything he does and when he uncovered a problem during construction he brought it to my attention so we could decide how to address it. He is the most honest and ethical contractor I’ve ever worked with, which is super…
