The KOI team were a pleasure to work with. The final house painting project was perfect. They arrived on time and cleaned up all waste after the job was finished. I would recommend them to anyone wanting house painted.

I Had a small area of deck that was rotting and needed to be replaced. Thomas Hansen made all arrangements, and Irving did the labor/work. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thomas and Irving were both very professional, courteous, punctual, and I told them that your company is my forever GC. If there were 10 stars, I would rate them that high. So so happy with the results.

Chris Johlfs and his team are very professional, skilled, thorough and reliable. Koi Construction’s program provides clear, detailed plans, contracts, billing agreements and activity along with daily progress reports with accompanying photos. We highly recommend this company.
