My experience couldn't be farther from the other review. My sewage pump failed, resulting in a giant and horrible mess in the basement. Working in the paper industry, I buy a lot of pumps. I loved their outfit in Portland, they were always helpful at finding exactly what I was looking for. I'd call and ask for a bunch of feral kits for a Grundfos pump and they'd email me the quote an hour later. Was grossly misquoted ($300 vs $800) for pump replacement parts, not sent the parts I needed, then charged a 30% restock fee on the parts that were returned. I guess that's how they make money.
