Jeff was great! Super kind and easy to work with. He was very straight forward and clear with what was wrong, how they would get fixed, and he got us in so quickly. He also was so kind to allow my 2 year old watch him the entire time he worked. Highly recommend!!!

Bates Plumbing is extremely professional and always the first call our company makes when we need a plumber. Jeff is forthright when he evaluates the repair and very fair when it comes to pricing and billing. We would give him 10 stars if that was an option!

Bates Plumbing has been our go-to plumber in Spokane for more than 10 years. They have replaced faucets, toilets, water heaters, water lines, valves, and pressure regulators for us, and repaired pipes drain lines. They do consistently great work at reasonable prices and I highly recommend them.
