We called Jacob Electric for what we thought was a simple oven installation. It ended up being a whole rewriting job. The electricians were kind, friendly, explained everything to us as to why they needed to change the wiring(to make sure it met code and didn’t start a fire) they brought in extra people (experts) and in the end, were very reasonable and much better priced than we expected. We would gladly recommend t…

Excellent service for the technician side, he was very specific and knew what he was doing. I would have given a 5 star but it nearly took me over a week and a half just to have someone install our doorbell chime and kit after I got an estimate cost earlier, and communication was not there when I originally kept requesting for an available technician and have not heard back until couple days of installation. Then I f…

Do NOT believe everything he tells you!!! They did really good work after my house was flooded during Hurricane Helena. He was highly recommended. It started as a very good working relationship and I was quoted a fair price to redo all my electrical work. I paid every time I was asked to send money. He was anxious to get this job and I was happy to give him my business. At first communication was great but once we …

Office staff do not respond to multiple contacts regarding scheduled work. Workers came to my house, worked for 39 minutes then one had to go to store for supplies to change an outlet. Other guy stood in my kitchen watching Spanish videos for an hour. When first guy returned they worked another 5 minutes and left. I was charged just under $800 to replace 3 electrical outlets. When I complained that I was being charge…

We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, June 10th at 3:00 PM. By 5:45 PM, no one had shown up. When I called, I was told the technician was stuck on another job and wouldn't be coming, but they offered to come the following Sunday. Because my…
