Ulises is great! Would absolutely use him again. We paid a different well-known pest company to come to our house twice to get rid of ants. They were unsuccessful but kept pushing us to purchase quarterly treatments. Instead, I tried Iliad and after the first treatment our ant problems were nearly gone. Ulises visited again and wouldn't accept payment until the ants were gone. I was happy to pay and he was worth ever…

He treated both inside and outside the house and even looked in the crawl space which I didn’t even think about. Said there was …

We've also signed up for quarterly pest service to take care of ants and spiders, and it's been nice to catch up and chat every few months. Highly recomme…

It immediately reduced the number of ants and when we still had some ants a week later, he responded immediately…
