I bought a brand new townhouse in 2020, designed and built by Hybrid. The construction is so poor that I have spent over $30k in repairs, including a new roof, in the five years since this home was built. Their work might look great on the surface but buyer beware. Edited to add photos of a roof on a hybrid architecture home. 5 years old and rotten all the way down.
