Wanted to wait a few months to write this review. We are so pleased with our water system. We have great tasting drinking water and the water softener. My skin usually suffers during the entire year, but more in the winter time, from the dryness. This winter was a different story. The softener works wonders. We are very happy with our purchase. Joseph was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained our optio…

They first came and installed a water softener. Great service! We had a musty smell (bad) caused by poor drainage set up. Boiler Co. set up poorly! The installer of water softener told me what I could do to fix it. He came back and installed a condenser and problem fixed! A miracle for me! Levi was our installer. So efficient, personable, knowledgeable and very friendly. Charge was very reasonable and told …

Five stars not a high enough rating. Shawn explained different options available to address our specific water treatment needs. I chose the Eco water system because it was the least intrusive size as it is only 14 inches wide. Installers showed up on time, installed system and cleaned up after themselves. Awesome customer service!

Knowing what the tests are doing and what to look out for helps to understand the actual condition of your water. I’m on a well and had been …

He thoroughly demonstrated and explained the systems and what they provided. The installers were very professional as well.We couldn't be happier with them. Water softener leaves clothes brighter and uses way less soap needed. Also feels great i…
