He was communicative throughout the entire process and kept us informed every step of the way. He has great attention to detail and it shows in his work. We hired Golden Hardwood to do a fairly extensive refinish and patching job on our 100+ year-old fir flooring in a Ballard craftsman house. Tony and his crew refinished our tired and scratched white oak floors. The last time they were finished was 30 years ago. At that Swedish finish was about the only option. It was darker (more red) and very toxic, requiring us to move completely out for a week after while they cured.
