David at Genesis did such a fantastic job restoring my old chimney. You can tell he knows his stuff. Their masonry guy was fantastic as well, he was able to match the stones so well and make the repair look seamless. The whole project was done within a week, which included a cleaning, repair and relining. David kept me in the loop and worked with my schedule to make it easy. I will definitely use them again.

David recently serviced a fireplace for a real estate client of mine. Wow- what an education on how gas fireplaces need to be cared for! I was impressed! I scheduled him to service my own fireplaces because they were in need of cleaning and the previous vendors I used did not have near the knowledge he had! Plus I am now able to upgrade the look of my fireplaces very easily to enjoy them even more! Thank you Dav…

We started noticing a smoky smell whenever we used the fireplace, so I booked a chimney cleaning with Genesis Home Services. The technician found a lot of soot buildup inside the flue and showed me photos of it before cleaning. The appointment took about an hour, and he explained a few things we should do to keep the chimney in better shape. Since then, we've used the fireplace several times without any issues.

A neighbor recommended them, and I’m really glad I reached out. Our vents were overdue for cleaning, but they handled everything professionally—no mess, no hassle. The place feels much cleaner now, and their friendly, courteous service made the whole experience even better.
