Had a one year old wool rug cleaned, they returned it and it smelled quite badly. They immediately offered a free re-clean and returned the rug even smellier and completely damaged. Refused to refund the cleaning fee- and said we shouldn’t have gotten a hand tufted rug and would not do anything else besides say ‘too bad.’ No guarantees on work, ruined a 1200$ new rug, and absolutely do not trust this company with you…

They did terrible job on my wool rug. Not only that they were not able to get out a stain, they returned the rug with several different stains (yellow/rusty dots, yellowish wash on one part, etc). I returned it for a repeat - it looks the same after the second cleaning. I get that some stains are hard to get out, but don’t add more!! They ruin my rug. Avoid!!!
