I'm so glad we moved into this attractive building one year ago. Our apartment is spacious and quiet. The hallways have a pleasing color scheme--freshly painted and carpeted. The appliances work well. When we needed a minor repair to our washing machine, the repair person fixed it that afternoon! This place is well managed, and I love it!

So far I’ve had a great experience with both the Magnolia Collection and Fathom Property Management. Move in and getting my lease signed was seamless, the building is secure and beautiful, and the management team is responsive and quick to perform updates and maintenance requests as needed. Great property management in comparison to others I’ve had in Seattle! I wish their customer service / emergency line was more helpful. They never seem to know details of the building or why you’re calling. However maintenance is really quick & I haven’t had any major problems in the time I’ve lived here for 3 years!
