We purchased an Everton home a little while back. Everton has been amazing to work with. From purchase to warranty repairs. They've gone above and beyond to address the minor issues that arose in the first year of ownership. And of course the house is beautiful and we absolutely love it. They build amazing homes, so if you're in the market - definitely check their homes out.
