Clients worked with Everton Homes on the sale of their property. They were very impressed with their transparency through the process. I'm currently working with Everton Homes on one of their new construction projects and I'm very impressed with their design, finishes and overall craftsmanship. Highly recommend!

We purchased an Everton home a little while back. Everton has been amazing to work with. From purchase to warranty repairs. They've gone above and beyond to address the minor issues that arose in the first year of ownership. And of course the house is beautiful and we absolutely love it. They build amazing homes, so if you're in the market - definitely check their homes out.

Great experience with Everton. Purchased a home last October and any minor issues that had come up through the year were addressed promptly. Sean and Alan were both a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend
