They have taken almost 8 months to install and test the fire alarms In one of the barracks on JBLM you’ll think everything has finished and then three weeks later they’ll come back and start testing them again and it just so happens to be when your soldiers are on Christmas break trying to get some peace and quiet before they have to go back into work I am now a soldier and a former firefighter.
