Renovation Workers did not put out sidewalk closed sign in downtown Spokane forcing pedestrians into the street. The fencing only set up on one side of the crew. If you're going to be teaching folks how to be professionals in their workplace give them the tools to succeed by providing sidewalk closed signs so pedestrians aren't put in danger Thank you.
