Dropped off two bags and it was reasonably priced .... considering the cost of someone stealing my identity. It was quick and easy and everyone was helpful.

We had them come out to do a large shred job of old files, 8 of their bins. The driver was super fast, the whole job done in less than half hour and he was very nice, professional. The office staff has been very friendly and we will definitely use again!

Troy was our delivery driver for over 5 years! He is amazing! Prompt, great at communicating any delays, and always a pleasure to talk to. He has been filling in for another delivery driver recently and we have been pleased to have Troy back delivering for us temporarily. Thank you!

Worst customer service ever! They claim they don’t charge you to get started, but their credit card system does, and then they blame it on the customer. IT department has no clue what’s going on. Better off using someone else!
