Building a custom home sounded intimidating at first, especially with our busy work schedules, but this company kept things manageable. Their communication stayed consistent and appointments usually started on time. We had a small issue with exterior lighting placement near the end, though it was corrected before move-in day. I don't recommend Denizen Construction. We hired them for a bathroom remodel which should have taken no more than 4 months at most but turned into over a year work including several needs to redo work, surprise charges, and communication silence, and it ended with us hiring an attorney. Sitting on a ferry watching this Company truck get told to turn off his head lights, he instead flips the WSF employee off and then leaves his truck on the whole trip.
