Our 20-year-old composite deck surface began chipping, flaking and peeling several years ago and after careful evaluation, we chose the Deck Guru team to re-imagine and remodel our favorite outdoor living space. It turned out to be an excellent decision as they exemplify how a team should work. We had a great experience with Deck Guru for our deck refinishing. We got several quotes but Joseph with Deck Guru was able to give us a good amount of information over the phone before our quote, and once he saw the deck in person, was able to make us a quote on the spot, accounting for our preferences on design and materials. For comparison, other companies took several days to a week to provide us with a bid after…

We got multiple quotes, but Deck Guru stood out right away. Joseph provided real information before even stepping foot on site. At the appointment, he built a quote on the spot and customized everything to what we wanted. Other companies took days. Once we signed, Alex scheduled quickly and kept communication tight. The crew worked fast and delivered a clean, professional result. Simple process. No delays. Great outc…

Alex the owner personally communicated to us and was directly involved in the project. Sia made sure our schedule was accommodated so that the two parts of the project were done separately. I real…
