Not a great experience. We ordered tiles and were supposed to pick them up 3 days later in Kent. I had to call multiple times on the day of pickup and ask for details like location and time. Finally, after a long drive in rush hour to get there on-time, figured that they had not finalized the order. They refunded me though.

Installed Design-Craft cabinets from Custom Touch. Have been installing kitchens for over 20 years. The quality of the materials for these cabinets is good, however they are very poorly assembled. This made them the worst cabinets I’ve ever had to work with. I will refuse to ever work with these cabinets again.
