I was on the freeway and watched a contech van pull from a dead stop into the carpool lane that was moving full speed. He almost struck a car but the driver of the car saved it as he slid sideways down the debris covered median. The driver of van 109 didn’t even stop. While I have not used their services, these people are a menace to the neighborhood where I work. I have on two occasions in the last week been crossing a street and been forced to jump out of the way of one of their vehicles. They employ unsafe workers with little regard for their surroundings. The office staff was condescending, arrogant and completely INCOMPETENT. The two that stuck out the most in this regard were the curly-haired fellow, as well as the older, grey-haired fellow. They obviously lack people skills, which is extremely important when sustaining a long-term customer base.
