Yates Wood and MacDonald stole $1888 from me after I moved, which is illegal and stealing as I no longer owned the unit. It took hours for them to accept my calls. After they did they sent my money back but then also reversed a charge and then charged me the amount of the reversed charge (which is fair). But the incompetence is unreal. The management practices at Yateswood HOA regarding special assessments are highly questionable. A recent assessment required almost $100,000 from each of the 39 unit owners. While the total collection reached nearly $4 million, the scope of work was limited to siding and roofing.
