We resourced several vendors to do our renovation and when we met Debbie at Carpet Barn we knew we had found a true customer service representative that cares about her clients vision and executes without fail! If you need a large project coordinator do yourself a favor and contact her. Carpet Barn and their team saw us through post project and made our grand opening a success we love our floors!

Had the best experience and customer service with carpet barn!! Dave was very helpful through all the steps of choosing a luxury vinyl plank flooring, pricing , and all the details until the end. Victor was amazing during the install process and very thorough, he and his team were awesome!! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, in fact we have sent friends here also that were very satisfied!!

My experience at Carpet Barn was great! JJ was aware of my financial situation and went above and beyond to find good quality at a good price. He treats you like a person, not just a customer.Brian, the installer, is a pro! My floor looks great and I love it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone. Everyone I dealt with if JJ wasn't there was just as personable.
