I'm in the building world. These guys have some great superintendents. They keep employees working for them even when it's impossible to get workers - for a reason. Very friendly staff, beautiful homes. This is one of the premier home builders in the Seattle Eastside area.

Bought a new construction from burnstead about 5 years ago. The sidings around the windows were not properly sealed when we moved in. They sent some people to fix it, yet 1 year later, we begin to see water intrusions around the windows all over the house. It always makes me nervous when it rains, that's definitely not something I'd expect from a newer construction built within the last 5 years.

Listing agent Nancy O. told us that a model home was available. Nancy posted that model home on REDFIN as “PENDING” but told us she reserved the house exclusively for us if we were willing to come up a full price off…
