Bulger Safe & Lock epitomizes excellence in customer service. From start to finish to follow ups and tweaking, they are responsive and thorough. Great experience. Professional, knowledge and polite. I needed duplicate keys for a British 1953 MGTD car. Bulgar got a blank in a few days and made the duplicates in about 10 minutes. Other local businesses I called first just said sorry I can't help you.

I had keys made, and the experience was friendly, quick, easy, and high quality. And the conversation I had with them about security was informative & very helpful.

I’m on a budget so I’m VERY disappointed. Especially since the tech was here 25 mins, gone an hour, and back to finish up in Less than 15 minutes. I asked him about his lunch and he said he wasn’t gone for that reason. R…
