For two years they’ve worked on the building across from me. Cool, fine, whatever. Til they started illegally parking all up and down the street. They destroyed the sidewalk where they’ve been parking on the curb. They stand on the sidewalk swearing and laughing. Mostly it’s the whole “project will be done shortly” and then another 3 months… and another.. and another… Apparently waiting until the city noise ordinanc…

I rent at the five mile retreat. When I moved in there were lots of promises that were not kept. The property manager was such a little jerk. DO NOT rent from Brumback. After three years in an apartment. I was charged to completely replace what appeared to be substandard carpet from the start. This should be considered normal wear and tear after 3 years.
