Our air-conditioner stopped working and so I called Bigfoot Heating and Cooling. I made an appointment quickly which they honored by being on time and continued to update me where the technician was. The appointment went quick and was able to ask a couple questions to learn. I would use them again with my heating and cooling issues. Thanks for the quick response.

The guys at Bigfoot are kind and easy to work with. I love the texting system so I can keep in touch and up to date even when I don't have time for a call.

Andrew did a great job. Made it early, found the problem and fixed it in quick order. He explained his process along the way, so now not only is the heating fixed, but I know how it's set up.
