I’ve used Frank for years for both Exterior and Interior painting. He is meticulous in both prep and clean up work. And he paints, whether inside or outside, with a brush which not everyone does. He’s also good at recommending colors and is patient with some of us who are slow to decide. I recommend him without hesitation. He’s “the best painter in the world.”
