I brought in a safe that suddenly stopped accepting the PIN, and they had it opened within minutes. Super friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced at what they do. They made the whole process quick and stress-free, and it was genuinely a pleasure dealing with them. Highly recommend if you ever need help with a safe or lock issue!

Craig is the real deal! Came and installed my smart lock super fast. Then when I realized we had forgotten the door sensor he returned at no cost to add that on. Friendly and smart and professional, as were the people on the phone I spoke to. Also a better rate than some of the other places we called with very transparent pricing. Highly rec!

Our keys were stolen and we needed a quick lock change. I brought three different brands of cylinders into Bergmans. They were able to rekey them to same key in less than an hour. I added five key copies and the price was still less than buying a single lock! Will be my new go to for any lock issues.
