I had a great experience with Banner Furnace & Fuel! Our central AC suddenly stopped cooling, and Juan came out to diagnose the problem same day, only an hour after my call, no extra charge. He was professional, respectful, and took the time to explain what was going on. From the moment he rang the doorbell to the time he left, the entire service call was only about 20 minutes. He quickly found the issue—a blown dis…

Christopher is a great technician. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Was able to locate our problem immediately and fix it right away. Also programmed our thermostat to our Wi-Fi and told us how to program the app on our phones so we can remotely control our unit. Thank you.

When my AC went out, Banner was the quickest to respond. The technician (Jonathon) was amazing. He was engaging and let me watch as he diagnosed the issue, and had me fixed in less than 30 minutes. They have my strong recommendation!

He was very friendly, and knowledgable. He oiled my blower part in my furnace that was very hard to reach. He cleaned out the leaves in my unit which I had never had offered from other technicians. He said his motto is to service his cus…
