Contracted Michael for a job that he estimated to cost $25,000 & finish in 2.5 weeks. Project took 7.5 weeks & cost $50,000. Michael’s standard response to his shifting estimates was “it will be finished in a couple more days”. Unfortunately the quality of his work is mediocre.
