I needed to replace a malfunctioning toilet that was 5 years old but had been discontinued and parts were not available. The manufactured advised me to remove the toilet and not try to repair it due to so many issues with the design. Great experience at Aurora Plumbing Supply. I've been in twice this past week, and both times the team took the time to answer my questions and walk me through how to fix the problem myself. Special thanks to Travis, Sean, David, and Diego - they showed me a few different options instead of just pushing the most expensive one, which saved me a good amount of money. Replacing a bathtub faucet that was leaking, had been able to take apart/diagnose via youtube but needed to replace an o-ring part that Home Depot/Lowes both didn't carry due to the part being so old and not produced.
