I recently went online to Home Advisors because our carpet needed re-stretching. They had a few carpet companies listed. I read the favorable reviews for Floor Coverings International, so I emailed them and Rob called me soon after that and set up a time to come out to our house. I received the proposal the next day. Floor Coverings International is always responsive and reliable. The work is done professionally at a fair price. I have referred you countless times in the past to my real estate clients and have used you for my personal flooring needs and will continue to do so. Thank you!

Customers beware! This company does not honor their warranty or care about client satisfaction. Terrible experience. Still haven't come out to fix the tripping & slipping hazard after multiple complaints. Unprofessional.

I was told they wouldn’t give me an estimate for redoing my entire homes floors (3000 sq foot house) after I said I planned on getting estimates from several flooring companies so I could compare. Is there anybody in this world that doesn’t get several estimates when spending thousands of dollars on flooring?
