Val was so professional and polite. We’ve had him come out before and are always so happy with the outcome. This time our dishwasher wasn’t working and it ended up that there was a straw under a mechanism that was preventing our dishwasher to run. It was a little embarrassing but Val was so gracious. Didn’t even charge us for the service call!!! We will call them for any other appliance services that we need!!

Stay away from these guys. I called them in Nov 2025 to diagnose a problem with my dryer which was making a loud squeaky noise. They said it was a faulty pulley and charged me $295 to replace it. The same loud squeaky nouse returned only 7 months later in June. When I contacted the company, I was told that the replacement pulley was covered by only a three-month warranty and they would have to charge me to come back …
