We had a major blockage that flooded our downstairs/basement bedroom and playroom, and brought in All American to handle the restoration. I’ll be honest: the project started off slow and not great with our original project manager. Brandon quickly resolved the issue and once Jon Owens took over, though, everything changed. Jon’s attention to detail is excellent, he kept us informed, and he earned our trust throughout…

We had water damage to our kitchen leading into our garage. We had a company come out and help us and recommended these guys. The entire team was cool. We had a mishap in the beginning with them, but they resolved it rather quickly allowing us to get our kitchen, floors, electrical, paint, drywall, and everything else fixed an done. Brandon is a nice understanding individual and our project manager Bo helped us alot …

They provided a malfunctioning toilet that leaked and caused additional water damage. They refused to fix and repair the water damage that was caused by the toilet that they provided. The work was so sloppy I hired an additional contractor after they were "done." To complete the project. I do not…
