Tom and his team crushed it. They came in, they were all professional, hard working and respectful of our things. They did everything asked of them and more. There were no "surprises", everything was as promised. If you are moving these guys are the ones to choose. They are reasonably priced, hardworking, polite, careful and efficient. Everything you could want in a moving company. I recommend them highly.

I cannot recommend Prime Movers USA highly enough. Tom’s crew handled my mother’s move into her new senior independent living apartment with incredible care and professionalism. We were particularly worried about her fragile antique pieces, her beloved electric piano, and her fancy massage chair, but the team treated every piece as if it were their own. They made a potentially stressful day much easier for our family…

Needed a sofa moved to the 2nd floor of my townhouse. Wouldn't fit up the stairs. Called Prime and they said they could do it. They showed up right on time and quickly and efficiently hoisted the sofa up to the balcony and int the living room. Excellent, courteous, and fast service.

I will use these guys again. Price was reasonable. They kept me informed of their ETA. They had exactly the right equipment to safely handle some fragile items. They took direction well but did not need to ask too many questions to get things in order. Moved quickly but carefully. I would call them the gold standard of movers.
