⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My AC went out on a Friday, and when I finally decided to call someone the following day, I happened to contact Rescue Air. I’m so glad I did! Olivia answered the phone and was extremely polite and helpful. She managed to get someone to my house in less than 20 minutes. James was the technician who arrived, and he was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He determined that a wire had shorted and repaired th…

I have used rescue air both to repair my old system and then to install an entirely new system. They have always been very quick to respond. They gave me a great price on the new system, and the technicians and installers were pleasant and professional. I felt very bad for the installers because the installation was on an extremely hot day and ended up running a lot longer than expected because of issues with the new…

Rebecca was outstanding. She was the driving force with me Choosing this company. The technician Chris.... was very professional as well. If it wasn't for these two I think I would have chose another company. Rebecca never treated me like I was another number. But handled it with very quick and timely fashion. Thanks to that team I'm up and running with a new system.

Jordan was excellent to work with. He was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue with our HVAC unit in simple terms so we could easily understand what was going on. We really appreciated his clear communication and great service.

First couple months after installation they came out a couple times because the drain pan under the air handler wasn't level and/or adjusted right. This damaged the ceiling in the room under the unit. There was no offer to…
