Gary presents himself as a nice guy, but he appears to be in over his head, and thus prioritizes corporate "big fish" over residential "small fish." He responded to initial emails and came by my house for an estimate, but then totally ghosted me even though I tried contacting him multiple times via email, text, and vm. Bottom line, if you're a residential customer, look for another provider.
