I've known the Galactic Air team personally for about 15 years now. As people, they are kind, professional, and educated on their line of work. I'm never worried when my HVAC acts up, I know the crew will help out. Today I had Cody handle my unit cleaning, and he was so friendly and helpful. Thanks Galactic Air!

One of the technicians called me right away. He told me when someone could help me same day and they arrived when they said they would. I received updates by text during the wait time. The technician who came to the home was helpful and honest. He was done with his assessment in a little over an hour. There’s more work to be done on our ac but so far, we’re impressed.

I have a service plan with galactic air and they efficiently service my air conditioner in the spring and my heater in the fall. Wyatt and his team are always courteous and professional, I recommend them to anyone looking for peace of mind with their hvac system. They are top of the industry, I just wish they serviced appliances!! 😉
