I have nothing but effusive praise for the hard work of Scott, Ellen, and the entire S.A. Toler crew! They replaced the lead line going from my meter to my house. Ellen was very polite and communicative throughout the entire job, and handled coordination with City of Richmond. We had S.A. Toler replace the lead water line to our house. Ellen in the office was very flexible with the timing of the work as I had to change the date of the job several times. On site, Scott was very professional and the crew did a great job boring (hit the target!), replacing the water line, patching the wall, and cleaning up. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience working with this specialized team. Timely and responsive communication from day 1, efficient job research and site visit, and extremely professional and expert work over the course of several days. Very happy with the results on this tricky Richmond residential sewer repair and clean-out installation. Thank you to Scott, Ellen, William, and their team.

After the replacement, there was an issue with the connection to the meter and they came out first thing Monday morning to fix the problem, including calli…
