If I could give them more than five stars I would. The most positive, professional, responsive company I have dealt with in a very long time. Tim immediately got a tech out to my house and he, George, was friendly, professional, thorough, competent, and efficient. A friend recommended I call after having one AC repair place tell me I needed to replace my whole unit, which would have cost me $6400. Turns out all I needed was the thermostat reset, somehow it reset. The office staff and technician were amazing! So helpful and great attitudes plus they save me money over $6000!

Metro Mech is now my service contract and I'm warning EVERYONE to beware of the change in Russell's business practices and…
