We were very pleased with our technician, Nick, he was wonderful, courteous, very knowledgeable, informant, caring and friendly. We will definitely call him if we have any questions in the future or need more service. Véry happy! 😄 This is another repair we had done a few days later by Nick. We were so happy he was able to come back and fix this for us too and right away! Thank you so very much Nick! 😃⭐

Second time A-1 American has done work for me. Jacob and Zack did a great job at the price quoted. My furnace was 24 years old and the blower went out so no AC either. Did a great job. Explained everything that needed to be done. I will always us this company for anything that I need in the future.

Nick had to jackhammer our bathroom to get to the leaking pipe. He not only cleaned every spec of dust up, he placed our bathroom tiles back down perfectly; you can’t even tell he was there or that we’d had a major issue. Nick is the bomb, and we have trusted A1 American with our plumbing, A/C and furnace needs for the past 15 years. What a wonderful company!

The TRANE unit is 2yrs old and under warranty. Again, I wish your company the best on all future jobs in the HRs area. The cost of $850 was just to troubleshoot a low voltage check.
