Please come get your dumpster at 3302 Richmond Henrico turnpike. It's been months of no work and there's trash blowing all over the street

One of their drivers didn’t secure their load when hauling down I95S. Maybe use your bed cover when doing hauls? That might be a regulatory safety standard? If you see these trucks on the highway, STAY AWAY they are UNSAFE. Look at the review below mine from a a year ago. Follow up edit… No response to my insurance or VSP. Good luck w FMSCA.

Needed help with services and lady on the phone didn’t even give me a chance to introduce myself before hanging up on me. Good customer service goes a long way and you can tell when someone is miserable over the phone. 0 If I could.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. My company had been using their portable toilet service for several years but we stopped because they are unreliable and untrustworthy. They would tell us they serviced our portables but we have proof that they did not come when they said they did. So they would charge us for services that they did not actually perform. The woman in the front office (Kim) is extremely rude and unhelp…

This company sent two of their thieves in a truck to steal my car while I was working at the Pizza Hut on Belmont Road during business hours (New Year's Eve 2024) and became aggressive and threatening when I was justifiably upset. Based on the other reviews here I may not even waste my time trying to contact them. I'll call 12 On Your Side instead.
