Great job! We worked with Scott- very knowledgeable and friendly. Did great work and resolved a complex plumbing problem!

Scott arrived on time, worked quickly, and answered all my questions. I am very happy with his work, and consider Kesterson's my go-to for plumbing needs. Thanks!

Called to have leaky spigot repaired. After a 2 second look plumber knew the outside nut needed to be tightened. He went to his truck got a wrench and tightened the screw. Less than 3 minutes. The charge was $255. The plumber I usually use couldn’t get out before I was leaving for a few days. He charges $95 for service call. When I made appointment Kesterson did not mention their service fee. And like a fool I didn’t…

They prompt and courteous at first, but the quality of the work was terrible. The leak came back soon after they fixed it, and they were unresponsive when I contacted them about it. I ended up having to call another plumber to fix the issue, which cost me additional time and money. Would not recommend

Requested and expected AOSmith hot water heater. Without asking they installed another brand. When questioned they said it was the same. Not. Incorrectly installed to boot. Horrible customer service. BEWARE
